A member may cancel their membership within 7 days of joining and will receive a full refund. Any cancellation requests after 7 days will be cancelled effective on the last day of the current month and no refund will be provided.  Cancellation requests must be made in writing by e-mail, by phone, or requested within the membership portal.  All refunds must be requested by the member or credit card holder.  Refunds will be credited back to the original credit card used for payment.
